Return Policy
Enjoy a hassle-free 14-day return policy for shop credit after receiving your item! A small 10% restocking fee applies, and we’re pleased to offer free return labels for your convenience.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn, unused and unwashed.
- With tags intact.
- In its original packaging.
To start a return simply log into your account with us, find your order and initiate a return for store credit.
Please note that returns will need to be sent back to us, and we are located in New York, NY (USA).
Once we accept the return, we will send you a free return label for the original item. After the item arrives, we will inspect it before issuing a refund in the form of shop credit.
Please note:
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Any return requests submitted after the 14-day return window are not eligible for return and will be considered final sale.

To start an exchange, please purchase the new item you want first. After that, you can initiate a return for your original item through your customer account.
Once we accept the return, we will send you a free return label for the original item. After the item arrives, we will inspect it before processing your refund to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Due to our exclusive capsule collections, we cannot guarantee that the item or size you are looking for will be in stock, as inventory is limited.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
- Any exchange requests submitted after the 14-day window are not eligible for exchanging and will be considered final sale.
We take great pride in our high quality standards and thorough quality control before shipping our products. However, there are rare instances when a defective or incorrect item may arrive.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible within the 14-day return window if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To help us evaluate the issue and make it right, we kindly ask that you provide proof of the problem along with photographs. For assistance, please contact us.
- Our damages policy for domestic orders is to issue a label to return the item to us and send a replacement if available, or if possible, repair the item in-house for free. And if none of these are possible we wil issue a refund.
- Our damages policy for international orders is to issue a refund. At this time we are unable to offer replacements or in-house repairs to international customers.
We do not accept cancellations.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items, custom orders or gift cards.

During busy shopping periods, there may be rare instances where we accidentally oversell our inventory due to the high volume of customers on the site.
If this occurs with your order, our customer support team will reach out to you as soon as we confirm the issue. We are committed to resolving any oversold items, but please note that it may take some time, as we need to process all orders and may not identify the oversold item immediately.
